LOCAL INITIATIVES SUPPORT CORPORATION Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) is a national community development intermediary specializing in financing and packaging of affordable housing through community development corporations (called neighborhood development corporations, or NDCs, in Cincinnati).
LISC provides programs and services throughout Greater Cincinnati and the Northern Kentucky region. Over the past six years, LISC of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky has infused more than $18.3 million of national funds into housing and economic development in our region, leveraging a total of $104 million in community investment. The results of LISC's work are quantifiable with 779 completed affordable homes and an additional 261 homes under construction.
