Fund Application Form

A donor advised fund allows clients the tax benefits of charitable giving while allowing them to make grants to their favorite charities over time.

To open a fund for your client, simply complete this form, which should take 5-10 minutes. Upon receipt of your application, Greater Cincinnati Foundation staff will contact you to finalize your client’s new fund agreement and discuss next steps.

Once reviewed and approved, applications and agreements received in good order will be opened typically within 2 business days.

After you client's account is funded, they will be contacted by their GCF philanthropic advisor who will provide online access, and they may begin recommending grants.
