Greater Cincinnati Foundation Names Rachel Perez as Vice President of Finance

CINCINNATI (Feb. 9, 2024) — Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF) has named Rachel Perez as Vice President of Finance. In this new position, Perez will oversee both finance and accounting, and lead strategic planning and execution to support GCF’s growth initiatives.

Prior to GCF, Perez was the Chief Financial Officer at Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, a state economic development agency focused on funding climate solution innovation.

Perez is passionate about programs supporting women and children and fostering a connection to nature. She has enjoyed volunteering with a number of programs and organizations, including Cradles to Crayons, Dress for Success, Junior League of Boston, Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless and Women’s Lunch Place.

“I look forward to working with donors, community partners and our team to help create positive change to build a more vibrant and equitable region,” said Perez.
