Meet our new Leadership Council Members
Miranda Hamrick, JD
Vice President, Compliance Manager – Consumer Bank Deposit Compliance Fifth Third Bank
My why: “I said yes to the leadership council because I have seen the impact of the cliff effect and how harmful it can be to women, especially single mothers, who are trying to grow and flourish. A woman should not have to refuse a promotion and pay increase just because it would cause her to lose the help she is receiving.”
Sydney Pepper
Development Director, Children’s Law Center, Inc.
My why: “The work of the Women’s Fund is what first oriented me toward a career at the intersection of philanthropy and policy. The research and advocacy of the Women’s Fund is integral to the removal of structural barriers that inhibit women’s ability to thrive. I cannot wait to work with the other outstanding leaders on the Leadership Council and contribute to the amazing and imperative work of the Women’s Fund.”
Kyle Wynk Sivashankar
Vice President of Human Resources Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Music and Event Management Inc.
My why: “I’ve been impressed with the data-driven approach and work happening at the Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. They are a leader in advocating for all women and I look forward to supporting their mission of addressing systemic barriers to upward mobility.”
